In dissolution the physical existence, all the worldly objects mingle back into Prakriti, which now remains as the undifferentiated, primordial substance. These percepts are carried to the Mahat. Samkhya maintains a radical duality between spirit Purusha and matter Prakrti. The second set consists of the five elements which may exist in two forms, subtle and gross. Its dynamism is attributed to its constituent gunas. Ancient writings suggest the first reason for this change was due to a different perception of life and the world of animals.

Pythagoras was one of the first of the western philosophers to promote a vegetarian lifestyle - his followers didn't have to be vegetarians, but many were. It should be noted here that the manas or the mind is different from Mahat or the buddhi. In Russia, Greece, Serbia, Cyprus and other Orthodox countries people who belonged to the church followed a diet which was free of meat and alcohol too. Prakriti is a cause but not an effect. If the user in 1 is composite, there would be an infinite regress of composite users.
According to Samkhya , the efficient cause of the world is Purusha and the material cause is the Prakriti. The five gross elements combine in different ways to form all gross objects. As a result of the intertwined relationship of purusha and prakriti, when the equilibrium of the gunas is disturbed the world order must evolve. The discovery of animal bones also shows that they were not vegetarians. All of nature is composite i. Charvakism and Nyaya -Vaisheshika systems favour asatkaryavada.
Not by God, not Brahman, and not by Ishvara the Lord. Being non-composite logically implies that spirit purusha has, referring back to section xi: 1. This disequilibrium, with certain other influencing factors, prompts Prakriti to differentiate into world-objects.
